You may return unopened merchandise within two weeks of purchase. We will refund or exchange the returned merchandise after inspection provided the product has not been tampered with and that it is suitable for resale.
Unfortunately, since shipping and handling is a direct cost, we do not incur such costs unless the product is defective when received. The only exception to the above return policy is the mattress collection. You have 48 hours upon placing your order to cancel. After this time period no cancellations or modifications can be made as the order will have already been processed and sent to the manufacturer to begin making your order.
